Policy Collectives Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit research and policy organization dedicated to knowledge-driven societal transformation. Established as a Section 8 company under the Companies Act, 2013, it operates with a commitment to academic excellence, integrity, and public purpose, bridging the gap between research and practical policy impact.

Through workshops, seminars, and training, the Foundation strengthens research, leadership, and policy literacy. It collaborates with governments, universities, research institutions, and civil society to maximize impact. Guided by transparency, ethical conduct, and independence, the Foundation aims to be a globally credible institution driving research excellence and knowledge-based transformation.
