Dr. Pallavi Beri

Dr. Pallavi Beri serves as the Chairperson of Policy Collectives Foundation and provides strategic leadership and institutional guidance. She plays a central role in defining the long-term vision of the Foundation and ensuring alignment with its mission of research excellence and public service.

Her leadership emphasizes academic integrity, ethical governance and collaborative engagement. She oversees strategic partnerships, institutional expansion and high-level decision-making processes to strengthen the Foundation’s credibility and impact.

Under her guidance, the Foundation is committed to building a globally engaged research institution grounded in intellectual independence and societal responsibility.

Managing Director

Dr. Vikash Yadav

Dr. Vikash Yadav serves as the Managing Director and is responsible for the overall administration, management and operational execution of the Foundation’s initiatives.

He oversees research programmes, institutional collaborations, statutory compliance, project implementation and organizational development. His role ensures that strategic goals are translated into actionable initiatives while maintaining high standards of governance and accountability.

Through his leadership, the Foundation continues to expand its research footprint, academic initiatives and institutional partnerships.

Head of Research

Dr. Jayant Chandel

Dr. Jayant Chandel leads the research division of the Foundation and is responsible for shaping its academic and analytical direction.

He supervises research design, proposal development, policy studies and scholarly publications. He ensures that all research outputs maintain methodological rigor, academic quality and policy relevance.

His leadership strengthens the Foundation’s commitment to evidence-based analysis and high-impact research.

Head – Outreach & Communications

Dr. Abhay Kumar

Dr. Abhay Kumar leads the Foundation’s outreach strategy and institutional engagement initiatives.

He is responsible for stakeholder engagement, institutional collaborations, communication strategy and event coordination. His role ensures that the Foundation’s research and initiatives reach broader audiences and foster meaningful partnerships.

Through strategic outreach, he supports the expansion of the Foundation’s academic and policy network.
