All income and resources of the Foundation are applied exclusively towards achieving its stated objectives in the areas of research, policy engagement, education and public welfare.

Governance and Management

The Foundation is governed by its Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and its Memorandum and Articles of Association. The Board provides strategic direction, oversight and ensures that all activities are conducted in alignment with the organization’s objectives and legal obligations.

The day-to-day operations and institutional activities are carried out under the supervision of the Managing Director and the leadership team, in accordance with decisions taken by the Board.

Funding and Financial Transparency
