Policy Collectives Foundation is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Government of India). The organization operates solely for charitable, educational and research-oriented purposes and does not distribute any profits or dividends to its members or directors.

All income and resources of the Foundation are applied exclusively towards achieving its stated objectives in the areas of research, policy engagement, education and public welfare.

The Foundation is governed by its Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and its Memorandum and Articles of Association. The Board provides strategic direction, oversight and ensures that all activities are conducted in alignment with the organization’s objectives and legal obligations.

The day-to-day operations and institutional activities are carried out under the supervision of the Managing Director and the leadership team, in accordance with decisions taken by the Board.

Policy Collectives Foundation is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ethical standards in all research and publication activities. Its journal and research publications follow established peer-review and editorial processes to ensure quality, originality and credibility.

Opinions expressed in research papers, articles and publications are those of the respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the official views of the Foundation.

The Foundation strives to ensure that its directors, office bearers and associated experts maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct. Any potential conflict of interest in research, collaborations or institutional decisions is addressed in a transparent and appropriate manner in accordance with organizational policies.

Policy Collectives Foundation operates as an independent research and knowledge institution. It does not support or oppose any political party or engage in activities of a partisan political nature. The organization also does not promote or propagate any particular religion. All activities are undertaken solely for academic, educational and public welfare purposes.
